Focus on strategic threats like China, not Iraq

The Senate shares the foreign policy power with the president. When I'm in the Senate, I'll use that power not only to stop the rubber stamp that's been given to the White House, but to shift our focus back to where it belongs: the broader, international war on terror, and the strategic threats of emerging nations such as China.
